1. The Customer selects one of the delivery methods available on the Shop’s website:
• courier delivery within Poland (prepayment – cost PLN 20.00, or cash on delivery – cost PLN 26.00)
• courier delivery to the European Union (prepayment – cost depends on the selected country)
• personal collection (payment directly at the collection point, cost PLN 0.00)

2. Delivery time is up to 7 business days. If this deadline is exceeded, the consumer has the right to set the seller an additional period. If the goods are still not delivered, the buyer may withdraw from the contract.

3. Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made at weekends or on public holidays.

4. The seller bears the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods until they are received by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than those offered by the Shop.

5. On receipt of the parcel, the buyer may inspect the goods and, in the event of any damage, draw up a damage report in the presence of the carrier. Drawing up a report is not a condition for filing a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

6. Goods are delivered within Poland and to other European Union countries.
