The maximum time to dispatch a parcel is 21 business days. Parcels are delivered by courier companies – the delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the recipient’s address. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days from the moment the courier collects the parcel. Please note: if you pay by online bank transfer, the time to receive your parcel is extended by the time needed to process the transfer.
